In a journey to find a bridge that was submerged in the waters of the lake for 50 years
This bridge was built by Monastery of St. Takla between 1760 and 1800 AD at the hands of the monks of the monastery of Mar Takla. It is located in the land of the monastery, the purpose of this bridge was to connect villages in the western Bekaa with other villages for trade.
After the construction of the dam in 1959, the bridge was immersed with water for 50 years. This is the first time that shows after the drought that affects Lebanon. The bridge is still in good condition.

جسر دير عين الجوزة الذي كان مغطى بمياه بحيرة القرعون لمدة ٥٠ عاماً بعد ان تم بناءها. ظهر كاملاً بعد ان جفت البحيرة الى جانب الجسر هناك المطحنة
